Praise the Lord! Welcome to our Perfecting Prayer & Praise Ministries (3PM Church) website. We are an “R” rated ministry and the “R” stands for REAL (Real Praise, Real Worship, Real Word, and Real Relationship. We are committed to helping you find your purpose and God’s plan for your life. We teach God’s Word uncompromisingly and with passion.
Our foundational scripture is Ephesians 4:11-12 reads, “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ”. Senior Pastor
Pastor Randy Spann
Pastor Randy Spann is the founder and Pastor of Perfecting Prayer and Praise Ministries (3PM). On December 5, 1999, the Lord laid upon his heart to birth this new ministry. The ministry has grown unremarkably, lives are being transformed daily and much fruit is being produced from this ministry. Pastor Spann encourages God’s people to walk by faith and not by sight

Co-Pastor Grace Spann
Co-Pastor Spann is a fourth generation female preacher. She has been called to serve the body of Christ as a four-fold ministry gift: Prophet, Pastor, Teacher, and Evangelist. She was born in Ft. Meade, MD. Co-Pastor graduated from Chesapeake High School and the Center of Applied Technologies with her Cosmetologist License.
